Outreach/Prevention
This program provides prevention materials (condoms) and educational materials throughout Baton Rouge. We also provide FREE HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C screenings and screening results, risk assessment counseling, and linkage-to-care/treatment to confirmed positive individuals.
Youth Development
Project AIM: For 11-14 year olds. Uses group discussions and interactive activities to help youth imagine their future selves and learn about positive and negative influences.
LYFE: For 11-19 year olds. This program provides adolescents with the knowledge, confidence and ability to abstain from sex to reduce the risk of unwanted pregnancies and infection.
Wellness Clinic
The Wellness Clinic provides affordable health services such as urinalysis, physical exams, PrEP administration, STI testing, screening pap smears, and much more.
Brighter Tomorrow Supportive Services
Combines housing assistance with supportive services to HIV positive individuals and their families. Program assists clients with budgeting, job readiness, housing assistance, and other supportive services needs.
CDCF Programs
We provide information on COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccinations and are available to present information or train individuals at events, workshops or one-on-one sessions.
